Your extension data stays in Chrome

The extension has no account, analytics, advertising, telemetry, or cloud sync. It stores your settings, visits to supported sites, checkoffs, active-time totals, and a count of the reminders it has shown in your Chrome profile. None of this is sent to me.

It works with Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Strava, Gmail, LinkedIn, and X. It does not read your general browsing history or page content.

Activity history covers today and the previous 29 days in your chosen timezone. Older records are removed when the extension runs. The all-time reminder count is only numbers, with no sites or times, and stays until you delete local data. Use Delete local data in Settings, or uninstall, to remove your local settings and activity.

Website analytics

Cloudflare hosts this website. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic and page performance, such as page views, referring websites, country, and device type. It uses no analytics cookies or visitor profiles. I do not collect product events or session recordings.

Email and privacy requests

Cloudflare forwards support emails to my personal Gmail inbox. Google stores your email address, message, attachments, and normal email metadata so I can read and reply. I reply from my personal email address.

I use these messages to answer you and improve the product, and keep them only while needed for the conversation and relevant follow-up. They are not included in analytics.
